| 摘 要： | 抗生素促生长剂在生产中发挥了重要作用，然而，长期大量在饲料中使用抗生素促生长剂会产生一系列令人担忧的问题，寻找和研制能替代药物添加剂的绿色饲料添加剂，成为近年来动物营养与饲料科学研究的热点。益生素在其优越的功能上越来越占据了重要的地位。

| Abstract: | Growth-promoting antibiotics played an important role in animal production. While the longtenn use of antibiotics in animal feed, a large number of growth promoting agents produced a series of worrying problems. To find and develop ＂green＂ feed additive which could instead of medicated feed additive became a hot research in animal nutrition and feed in recent years. Probiotics were becoming more and more important with its superior features. |
