小麦雌性育性遗传位点的基因组关联标记扫描

摘    要:以含小麦雌性不育系(S)的由小麦品种(系)组成的含S种质双向极端小群体和不含小麦雌性不育系的品种双向极端小群体各60个品种(系)为目标群体,以小麦基因组中42个多态性SSR标记为背景控制标记,用STRUCTRE软件进行结构评估,并用TASSEL软件的MLM模型检测小麦基因组中均匀分布的210个多态性标记与小麦雌性育性D.F.(国内法育性)和I.F.(国际法育性)两种表型值的关联程度,再在含S种质(或品种)组成的较大群体中验证初选的关联标记,并对候选位点进行标记加密。结果发现背景控制标记间不存在明显的连锁不平衡。品种双向极端小群体和含S双向极端小群体中分别发现13个SSR标记和35个SSR标记与小麦雌性育性表型极显著关联;经关联分析,在两个极端小群体里发现的45个标记中,有17个标记在较大品种群体和含S种质群体中得到验证,除两个大群体中共同与性状关联的标记外,11个标记为小麦雌性不育系所在的含S种质群体分析中发现的新突变位点或互作位点,结合标记加密分析结果,最终发现的候选关联标记不仅支持了2D和4A位点与表型的关联,而且找到2B或3B等新的表型关联位点。
