摘    要:通过砂床培养试验,研究不同浓度混合盐胁迫对两个品种鹰嘴豆萌发的影响.结果表明,在混合盐胁迫下,A-1(白皮)在盐浓度0.01 mol/L时的发芽率及发芽势达峰值,分别较对照提高了14.6%,25.6%;88-1(红皮)在0.005 mol/L时的发芽率及发芽势达峰值,分别较对照提高了3.1%,6.9%.在低浓度盐分(0...

Abstract:This study aims at revealing the effects of different mixed salt stress on germination of chickpeas seed by sand bed culture experiment.The results showed that under the mixed salt stress,at the concentration of 0.01 mol/L,the germination capacity and germinative energy of A-1(white fur)reach a peak value,and increase by 14.6% and 25.6% respectively in comparison with the control;at the concentration of 0.005 mol/L,the germination capacity and germinative energy of 88-1 reach a peak value,and increase by 3....
