不同Ca^2+浓度对猕猴桃愈伤组织再分化的影响

摘    要:以秦美猕猴桃茎段为外植体,进行猕猴桃愈伤组织诱导、增殖及再分化试验。在培养基中添加不同浓度的Ca2+进行筛选试验,以确定诱导、增殖及分化培养基中的最佳Ca2+浓度。结果表明,适度增加Ca2+浓度,可促进猕猴桃愈伤组织的诱导和增殖,并能改善愈伤组织的生长状态,增加愈伤组织增殖生长量及提高绿苗再分化率,其中以7 mmol/L时效果最佳。但当Ca2+浓度超过10 mmol/L后,增加的效果显著降低。

Abstract:This study aims to test the callus induction,proliferation and redifferentiation of Kiwifruit,taking the stems of Actinidia Qinmei as explants.The different concentrations of Ca2+ were added into the media to determine optimal concentrations of Ca2+ of induction,proliferation and differentiation of Kiwifruit callus.The results showed that appropriately increasing Ca2+ concentration of Kiwifruit callus can improve the induction and proliferation of Kiwifruit callus and increase proliferation biomass of callu...
