摘    要:选用黑麦草、苜蓿、灌蓿结合、灌草结合四种植被配置方式进行盆栽试验,以裸地作为对照,研究了植被配置条件下土壤总氮的动态变化。结果表明:①有植被配置处理的土壤全氮含量总体上都小于对照处理,差异均达到了显著水平;②灌蓿处理及灌草处理均与苜蓿处理和黑麦草处理之间存在显著性差异,而灌蓿处理与灌草结合处理之间差异不显著;黑麦草处理与苜蓿处理之间的差异也不显著;③分析表明,不同植被配置对盆栽总氮的削减量为:灌草结合灌蓿结合黑麦草苜蓿。因此对氮的削减效应最佳的植被配置方式为灌草结合,其次为灌蓿植被配置。

Abstract:Four kinds of different vegetation configuration (ryegrass, alfalfa, shrub-alfalfa, shrub-ryegrass) were used in comparison with control group (non-plant pot) CK in the pot experiment, to study the dynamic changes of soil total nitrogen. The result shows that: (1) The experimental groups were significantly lower than control group on total nitrogen, and the difference between them was visible. (2) The shrub-alfalfa and shrub-ryegrass both existed significant difference with respectively alfalfa and ryegrass, while no significant difference between shrub-alfalfa and shrub-ryegrass; The ryegrass had not significant difference with alfalfa. (3)Analysis showed that different vegetation configurations to reduce the amount of total nitrogen: shrub-ryegrass >shrub-alfalfa>alfalfa>ryegrass. The configuration of shrub-ryegrass was best, and followed by shrub-alfalfa configuration on decrease total nitrogen effect.
