气相色谱法同时测定水中11中有机磷农药

该文通过实验研究了毛细管气相色谱法同时测定水中11种有机磷农药的方法,包括甲胺磷、敌敌畏、氧化乐果、甲拌磷、乐果、二嗪农、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、对硫磷、水胺硫磷和喹硫磷,并且对该方法的检出限、精密度、加标回收率和标准曲线的线性相关性进行了验证。结果表明,有机磷农药的线性均可达到0.995以上,精密度在5.7%以内,检出限范围为0.01~0.07μg/L,加标回收率在61%~124%。

Capillary Gas Chromatography Determination of 11 Organophosphorus Pesticides

This paper studied simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in water by capillary gas chromatography method including methamidophos,dichlorvos,omethoate,phorate,dimethoate,diazi?non,methyl parathion,malathion,parathion,isocarbophos and quinalphos and verified the method detection limit, precision,recovery and correlation of the method. The results showed that the linear correlation of 11 kinds of organo?phosphorus pesticides can reach above 0.995,and the precision was less than 5.7%,the detection limit was in the range of 0.01~0.07μg/L,the recoveries were in the range of 61%~124%.
