基于ArcEngine平台的宗地四至自动生成方法研究

宗地是地籍调查和土地确权登记等工作的基本土地单元,在地籍测绘和土地确权等工作中,获取宗地四至信息是必不可少的一环。传统的宗地四至信息首先需要人工判断,然后依据判断结果手工输入到属性表中,这样不仅工作效率低,也容易在人工输入过程中产生错误。该文针对传统人工判断、输入宗地四至信息的弊端,提出了三种宗地四至提取方法,在ArcGIS平台支持下,使用VB语言开发了宗地四至自动提取程序,该程序可以方便快捷的实现宗地四至信息的自动判别、自动输入,为地籍调查、土地确权登记等工作节省了大量人力和时间,大大提高了工作效率和数据的准确性。

Study on Parcel Four Automatic Generation Method Based on ArcEngine Platform

Parcel is cadastral survey and registration of land ownership,etc. The basic unit of land in the cadastral mapping and land ownership,etc.,gets four parcel information is essential to a ring. The traditional four parcel in?formation first need human judgment,and then enter the basis for judging the results of attribute table to hand,so that not only low efficiency,but also error-prone manual input in the process. In this paper,the traditional human judgment,enter parcel four drawbacks information presented three cases to four extraction methods in ArcGIS plat?form support,the use of VB language developed parcel four automatic extraction program,which can be convenient to realize cases to automatically determine the four information automatically entered for the cadastral survey ,land ownership registration and so save a lot of manpower and time,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of data.
