潍坊地区肉鸡致病性大肠杆菌的血清型鉴定及药敏试验

从山东潍坊地区不同鸡场采集病料,经生化试验和血清型鉴定了95株大肠杆菌,78株为致病性大肠杆菌,它们覆盖了14种血清型,其中O78、O2、O15、O11优势血清型.对这些致病性大肠杆菌进行药敏试验,受试菌的平均耐药率为40.6%,同时多重耐药现象普遍.在21种受试药物中,高敏的药物有4种,分别为头孢噻肟钠、磷霉素钠、氟苯尼考、头孢曲松钠.试验结果对指导潍坊地区肉鸡大肠杆菌病防治具有参考价值.

Serotype identification and drug sensitive test of broiler pathogenic E coli in Weifang area

78 in 95 strains of avian E coli isolated from different chicken farms in Weifang area were pathogenic by identification of biochemical properties and serology. There were 14 serotypes in 78 strains of Escherichia coli, O78, O2, O15, O11 were predominant serotypes. The average drug resistance was 40.6% by drug sensitive test, the multiple resistance was very popular. Among 21 antibiotics used for drug sensitive test, 4 of them were highly sensitive, they were Cefotaxime Sodium, Fosfomycin Sodium, Florfenicol, Ceftriaxone Sodium respectively. It provides reference to prevention and treatment of broiler pathogenic E coli in this area.
