赤霉素处理促进白菜开花的效应分析

摘    要:研究了赤霉素处理对白菜开花的影响,结果表明,赤霉素促进白菜开花.测定植株叶片相关物质的含量,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量均升高,总C/N升高.在激素方面,赤霉素处理不仅提高了植物体内GA的含量,而且也使IAA的含量升高,而ABA含量呈先下降后上升的趋势.比较3种激素的比值,GA/ABA、GA/IAA和IAA/ABA值均升高.

Abstract:The paper studied the effects of gibberellin acid treatment on flowering of chinese cabbage. The results showed that GA treatment promoted flowering of chinese cabbage. Mensurating the content of materials related to flowering, the content of soluble sugar and protein all increased after GA treating, the total C/N ratio increased. In addition, not noly the content of GA but also IAA increased after GA treatment, while the content of ABA was reduced, then rising. GA/ABA, GA/IAA and IAA/ABA were increased by GA treatment.
