辣椒净光合速率杂种优势与农艺性状间相关性研究

摘    要:为了选育高产辣椒品种,用6个亲本,按(1/2)n(n-1)双列杂交法配制15个杂交组合,研究了辣椒净光合速率杂种优势与农艺性状的相关性.结果表明,辣椒净光合速率离中优势在开花结果前期受叶片、疫病抗性的影响较大;中期主要受叶片、植株生长势和分枝力的影响,对果实发育、产量形成、营养含量产生较大的影响;后期主要受植株生长势和分枝力的影响,对产量形成、抗病性产生较大的影响.超亲优势在开花结果前、中、后期受叶片、CMV、疫病抗性的影响较大,受植株生长势和分枝力的影响较小,3个时期都对果实发育、产量形成、干物质、纤维素含量产生较大的影响.

Abstract:In order to breed high-yield hybrid pepper varieties, this study was conducted to analyse the correlation between heterosis of net photosynthetic rate and agronomic character in pepper by the use of 15 combinations hybridized from 6 parents by (1/2)n (n-1) diallel crosses. The results indicated that the heterosis over the mean parental value (mid-parent heterosis) of net photosynthetic rate in pepper was relatively greatly affected by leaf blade and phytophthora resistance at the early phase of flowering and fruiting; then mainly influenced by leaf blade, plant growth vigour and branching ability at the medium phase, which had relatively great effects on fruit growth, yield formation and nutrient content; and then mainly affected by plant growth vigour and branching ability at the late phase, which exerted relatively great effects on yield formation and disease resistance. The heterobeltiosis was more greatly influenced by leaf blade, CMV and phytophthora resistance than by plant growth vigour and branching ability at the early, medium and late phases of flowering and fruiting, which had relatively great effects on fruit growth, yield formation, dry matter and cellulose content.
