| 摘 要： | 布设国土生态屏障是国土资源部提出的最新的土地利用规划理念。以重庆市永川区为例,选取自然、生态和社会经济等因子建立评价指标体系,借助GIS分析工具,将其划分为5个限制级,并对该区建设生态屏障的基础条件进行评价。结果表明:限制性高值区集中在五条低山,低山之间的限制程度降低。整体看来,西北地区限制性高,向东南逐渐降低。构建了永川区生态屏障网络体系:主体由东北-西南走向的数列山地与山间、丘间的密集水网构成。南端则以长江干流为依托,构成水体生态屏障。最后以参评因子的空间态势为依据,将永川划分为2级6个功能区,并对各功能区生态屏障建设提出具体布设方案,为中小尺度地区土地利用规划中生态屏障的建设提供了研究案例。
