| 摘 要： | 结合江苏省发展实际,在重新审视土地承载力的基础上,从水土资源、生态环境、经济技术、社会发展等方面出发构建土地综合承载力评价体系,采用因子分析法、聚类分析法,对江苏省1994-2008年以及13个城市2008年的土地综合承载力状况进行综合评价。分析其时间特征以及空间差异状况,进而分析了驱动因素和相应的政策内涵,为改善区域土地综合承载力状况、谋求进一步可持续发展提供参考。结果表明:(1)1994-2008年江苏省土地综合承载力水平总体不断提高;(2)2008年江苏省土地综合承载力水平空间差异较大,并呈现一定的地域相近性;(3)经济发展水平是影响土地综合承载力的一个重要因素,但并不能直接代表土地综合承载力水平的高低。
