| 摘 要： | 基于区域经济发展理论，以陕西省的10个城市为研究对象，构建区域经济发展环境评价指标体系，并采用熵权法确定各指标权重，运用ArcGIS 9.2空间分析与统计功能，对各城市经济发展环境进行综合评价。结果表明:西安的经济发展环境最好，区域经济发展环境综合评价指数处于第一级；其次为宝鸡、咸阳；榆林、渭南处于第三级；延安、汉中以及安康处于第四级；商洛、铜川处于第五级。利用GIS的技术优势，提高了区域经济发展环境综合评价的空间决策水平，其结果与实际比较吻合，能为陕西省区域经济发展战略提供科学指导和理论支持。
