杂交竹枯萎病原生物学特性的研究

摘    要:分离纯化了广西杂交竹枯萎病原镰刀属尖孢镰刀菌,并研究了该病原菌的生物学特性。该尖孢镰刀菌对杂交竹有很强的致病力,在5~35℃、pH值2.5~10.0均能够生长。在20~27℃有利于分生孢子的萌发,其致死温度为50℃。分生孢子在pH值2.5~11.0、湿度90%~100%和水滴中均能萌发。菌丝生长及产孢的最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为酵母膏,光暗交替有利于菌丝的生长。该结果为进一步研究防治杂交竹枯萎病奠定了基础。

Abstract:Fusarium oxysporum from wilt diseases in Guangxi hybrid bamboo were separated and purified,and the biological characteristics of the pathogen were studied.The Fusarium oxysporum had high pathogenicity on hybrid bamboo,which could grow in a wide range of temperature(5~35 ℃) and pH value(2.5~10.0).High temperature(20~27 ℃) was propitious to the conidiophore germination and the lethal temperature of conidiophore was 50℃.The conidiophore could germinate in the circumstances of pH value(2.5~11.0) and humidity(90%~100%) and water drops.The optimum carbon source of the pathogen for the hypha growth and conidiophore bearing was amylomaltose,the optimum nitrogen source was yeast extract and the alternation of light and darkness could promote the hypha growth.The results laid the foundation for further research on control of wilt disease in hybrid bamboo.
