| 摘 要： | 进一步验证伪狂犬病三基因缺失疫苗SA215株通过肌肉注射接种后对妊娠母猪、育肥猪、仔猪的安全性和生产成绩。试验证实：仔猪免疫后生长良好，未观测到仔猪出现体温升高：呼吸道症状和消化道症状；母猪免疫后能提高产仔成绩（窝平均成活数高2．98头）和成活率平均为97．36％；对70日龄商品猪免疫接种后，经过近100d育肥，其出栏重增加20．83％；发生伪狂犬病的猪场猪肌注本品48～72h后能控制疾病的发生。

| Abstract: | The farm trails for the security of the three genes deleted vaccine(SA215) of PR to gravid swines,growing pigs and young piglets through muscle inoculating and the production performance were done.The results showed that no fever,no signs of respiratory and digestive system in young piglets,and these piglets growing well after inoculation.The swine's productivity were higher than that of those no inoculating(averaged litter survival number was higher than 2.98)and the averaged survival rate was 97.36%.The 70 days commercial pigs inoculated with the vaccine were fatten for 100 days,the final weight could increase by 20.83%.This disease could be controlled within 48~72 h after injecting the three gene deleted vaccine(i.m.) when the PR broke out in the pig farms. |
