摘    要:高职教育培养的是技能型人才,而顶岗实习是高职培养高技能型人才的重要教学环节,在人才培养过程中起着非常重要的作用。在调查走访的基础上建立了企业人员、指导教师、督导组、学生四位一体、交互式的顶岗实习教学质量监控体系,对高职院校顶岗实习质量监控评价体系进行了优化。

Abstract:Higher vocational education is to train talents,and post practice is to cultivate high skill talented person′s important link of teaching.During the training,post practice plays a very important role.Based on the survey,quality evaluation system of post practice of enterprise staff,teachers,monitoring group and students was established.Quality evaluation system of post practice in higher vocational colleges was optimized.
