优良玉米自交系丹9046选育及杂优模式利用

丹9046是以铁7922×沈5003为基础材料经多代自交选育而成的优良自交系,它综合了双亲的优良性状,同时改良了双亲的缺点。它的育成对提高我国的育种水平起到了很大的推动作用。据不完全统计,以丹9046为亲本直接利用的杂交种有10个之多,种质创新利用的品种有57个,共计67个品种利用丹9046玉米自交系,相关文献19篇。加强对它的研究和利用对丰富和发展我国种质资源必将会起到极大的促进作用。

Selection and Utilization of Heterotic Pattern of a New Good-quality Maize Elite Inbred Line 'Dan9046'

The elite inbred line Dan 9046 is obtained which used Tie7922×Shen5003 as basic material and after continuous self-cross selective breeding,and it combines excellent characteristics of the parents,meanwhile,the parental disadvantages are improved.The successful selection and breeding of Dan9046 significantly promotes our breeding level.According to incomplete statistics,Dan9046 was used in 67 varieties in the total,in which 10 hybrids use directly it as parents and 57 varieties are created by germplasm enhancement,and about 19 articles on it are collected.Strengthening the research and utilization of Dan9046 will play an important role in the enrichment and development of our germplasm resources.
