| 摘 要： | 我国农机企业规模小、发展程度低。进行高质量的农机项目投资是解决农业发展问题的关键,但其投资项目具有高投入、高风险、高收益的特点,传统投资项目可行性分析的财务评价方法明显不适合农机投资项目的评价。有鉴于此,为了避免农机投资项目财务评价不准确造成决策失误,带给投资者巨大损失,本文在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,根据其投资特点,重新构建了农机投资项目的财务可行性评价体系。 |

| Abstract: | The agriculture mechanization projects in our country are small size and low development degree, so it is key on solving the question of agriculture development that the good quality agriculture mechanization projects are invested. Because of character of agriculture mechanization projects, which is high devotion and high venture and high income, traditional evaluation methods do not fit to project of its investment. In order to avoid failing in investment project and loss lots of money, this dissertation on the basis of new studies bring forward synthesis financial evaluation on investment project of agriculture mechanization. |
