甘蔗割手密无性系抗旱性鉴定

摘    要:以割手密不同无性系为参试材料,研究水分胁迫对割手密伸长期的抗旱性影响,测定苗期植株的叶面积,正常水分和水分胁迫下植株叶片的脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量,质膜透性、含水量、束缚水含量、失水速率、根系活力、根 /冠比,计算各生理生化指标的耐旱系数。结果表明,不同无性系间各指标的耐旱系数不同,利用模糊隶属函数对割手密抗旱性进行评价表明割手密不同无性系间的抗旱性不同。相关分析表明割手密不同无性系间的抗旱性与植株叶面积呈显著负相关 (r=-0. 474,P<0.05)。

Abstract:Twenty-two clones of S. spontaneun L. with different modality and original growing environment were used as material. Leaf area, proline content, soluble sugar content, malondiadehyde content, leaf plasma membrane permeability, water content, bondage water content, water lose rate, root activity, root/coronal ratio were measured. The drought tolerance coefficients of physiological and biochemical indxes were calculated. The result showed that drought tolerance coefficients of physiological and biochemical indxes were different. The drought resistance of S. spontaneum L. clones were also different, which was negatively correlated with leaf area(r=-0.474,P<0.05)。
