摘    要:本文采用青霉素处理三种常用海洋微藻,研究不同青霉素浓度对处理藻类的培养与保存的影响。结果得出:在第5d内2000IU/L以上浓度对三角褐指藻的生长有明显抑制,第10d以后各组生长率趋于一致;在100~1000IU/L范围内,添加青霉素有利于异胶藻的培养和保存,在青霉素浓度为500~1000IU/L时效果较好,培养至第4d的方差分析表明其对异胶藻培养有显著性差异;与对照组相比,浓度在250~1500IU/L范围内,青霉素对巴夫藻的生长有一定抑制作用,但其第4d的方差分析表明无显著性差异。

Abstract:The effect of different concentrations of penicillin on the culture and preservation of three commonly used sea microalgae is studied in this paper. The results show that within five days, penicillin with concentration above 2 000IU/Lcan obviously inhibit the growth of phaeodactylum ricornurum Bohl, while after ten days, the growth rate of all groups tend to be the same; In the range of 100 ~ 1 000IU/L, penicillin is advantageous for the culture and preservation of Heterogloeasp.,with the optimum effect at concentration of 500 ~ 1 000IU/ L. The variance analysis of the result of the 4th day data indicates the apparent difference ofgrowth rate between various concentration of penicillin. Compared to the antithesisgroup, penicillin has inhibition effect on the growth of Pavlova viridis Tseng, Chen et Zhang sp. nov. within the concentration of 250 ~ 1 500IU/L, whereareas the variance analysis of the result of the 4th day data has no obvious discrepancy.
