| 摘 要： | 步甲属是步甲科昆虫中的一个大属,其以体形大(相对于步甲科昆虫)、体态优美、色彩艳丽而著称。步甲属昆虫多生活于森林中,以蚯蚓、蜗牛等为食,与环境关系密切,在作为生物多样性指示物方面有一定的应用前景。我国步甲属种类非常丰富,且特有成份高。目前已知约410种,其中特有种为324种,占79．02％;在分布于我国的46个亚属中,18个为特有亚属,特有率为39．1％。本文在分析中国步甲属物种多样性及其特点的基础上,对这一类群的研究和保护问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The biodiversity and conservation of the genus Carabus L. in China are discussed in the present paper. The members of Carabus usually live in forests, feeding on earthworms and snails, and have closely relationships to the quality of the forests where they live. Carabus species distribute mainly in Eurasia, but a few in North Africa and North America. As one of the biggest genera in the family Carabidae, there are about 770 species of Carabus known all over the world. The biodiversity of Carabus is particularly so rich in China. Up to now, about 4l0 species have been mecorded, comprising 53. 3% of the known species in the world. Among them, 324 species(as 79 .0% ) are endemic to China. There are l8 subgenera endemic to China among 46 genera oc- curring in China. |
