杂交稻茎秆生理特性对其抗倒伏能力的影响

摘    要:以茎秆粗壮型海南野生稻S和安仁籼稻、R199、武育粳、R215及其配制的组合F1为材料,研究杂交水稻茎秆生理优势性状与抗倒伏能力的关系,结果表明:海南野生稻S的茎秆基部抗折断能力较强,从乳熟期到蜡熟期,茎秆中总糖、可溶性蛋白质、纤维素、木质素含量、过氧化物酶活性高,MDA含量低,木质素自发荧光强度大,具备抗倒伏性较强的茎秆生理学基础。

Abstract:The relationship between dominant physiological properties and lodging resistance of stem of hybrid rice was studied with stronger stem type such as Hainanyeshengdao S,Anrenxiandao,R199,R215 and their F_1.The results indicated that Hainanyeshengdao S had stronger ability of breaking strength resistance.Higher total sugar,soluble protein,cellulose and lignin content,POD activity,lower MDA content,stronger auto-flurescence intensity were physiological base of stronger lodging resistance.
