| 摘 要： | 以BALB/c小鼠为试验材料,在其半纯合日粮中添加了粮食和药材饲喂的洋虫粉.分析了日粮中添加洋虫粉对小鼠的健康状况、体质量变化及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活力的影响.结果表明,试验期42日龄内小鼠行为活泼,粪便正常,无一例死亡;增重试验发现,42日龄内粮食组雌性小鼠体质量比对照提高了13%,雄性小鼠体质量提高了16%.药材组雌性小鼠比对照组体质量提高了18%,雄性小鼠体质量提高了27%,表明BALB/c小鼠日粮中添加洋虫粉能促进小鼠的生长,且作用明显,尤其以药材组的效果最好;血清检测发现,粮食组、药材组洋虫粉饲喂的小鼠血清中POD活力单位分别比对照提高了23.8%和32.2%,而SOD的活力则比对照提高了50%,表明洋虫的确具有明显的药用活性,日粮中添加洋虫粉后,小鼠血清的SOD、POD的活力得到了大幅度的提高.洋虫粉在一定程度上促进了小白鼠的生长发育,并起到了抗氧化和延缓衰老的作用.

| Abstract: | An experiment was conducted to study the effects of semi-purified diets supplemented with powder of Martianus dermestoides fed with foodstuff or medicinal herbs on the growth of BALB/c mice.
