| 摘 要： | 在农村劳动力向城市转移的大背景下,“逆城市化”现象逐渐突显。以实地调研数据为依托,利用Stata统计软件,从回流决策现状及回流选择原因两个方面对辽宁省农民工的回流行为进行分析与讨论。结果显示：回流现象在农民工群体中较明显,并且农民工偏向于回流到县城或乡镇;在回流的原因中,个人、家庭及城市务工因素都对农民工的回流行为产生了影响。

| Abstract: | In the background of rural labor migration to urban, ＂counter-urbanization＂ is becoming obvious. Based on the field research data and the use of Stata statistical software, this paper analyzed the reflux behavior of migrant workers from the reflux choices and the reasons for decision-making. The result shows that individuals, families and urban working factors have different impacts on migrant workers＇ reflux behavior. |
