紫苏种子发芽检验标准化研究

摘    要:研究了温度、光照及发芽床等因素对紫苏种子萌发的影响。试验结果表明,紫苏种子发芽最适温度为恒温20℃,发芽床可选择纸上或砂上;紫苏种子萌发对光照不敏感,在光照或黑暗条件下均可发芽,发芽时初次计数时间为发芽后第3天,末次计数时间为发芽后第8天。

Abstract:The influence of different conditions on Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt seed germination were tested. The conditions included 6 temperature treatments (15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 3℃, (15/25)℃, and (20/30)℃ ), 2 light treatments (0 and 2 000 lx) and 4 germinating-bed treatments (top of paper (TP), between paper (BP), top of sand (TS), and between sand (S)). According to the germination performance under different conditions, the optimum seed germination conditions of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt were as follows: temperature 20℃, germinating-beds TP and TS, light or dark. The first seedlingcounting time is the 3th day after germination; the last time is the 8th day.
