摘    要:分析5个国外玉米基本种质群体在3个同工酶系统7个位点上的遗传变异。结果表明,5个国外玉米种质群体平均每个位点有1.8个等位基因,BSCB1和BS9中含有其他群体中没有的等位基因Est-4a和Per-3a;5个国外玉米种质群体平均多态性位点的比例为68.5%,预期杂合度为0.303,遗传距离为0.008~0.082,说明这5个群体遗传差异较大,具有较丰富的遗传多样性。

Abstract:Genetic variability was analyzed at 7 locus of 3 isozyme in five foreign maize populations. The results showed that mean number of alleles per locus is 1.8. BSCB1 and BS9 contained isozyme Est-4 and Per-3a respectively that was not contained in other population. Mean percentage of loci polymorphic was 68.5%. Mean heterozygosity per locus was 0.303. Genetic distance was between 0.008 and 0.082 in five foreign maize populations. So, the five populations had great discrepancy in genetic variability and plentiful genetic diversity.
