桂花上柑桔全爪螨种群动态的主成分分析和模糊聚类

摘    要:本文从统一观出发,对柑桔全爪螨种群动态的三个组成成分进行了主成分分析和模糊聚类。桂花上柑桔全爪螨种群动态由数量动态和空间动态共同反映出来。当取隶属度F=0.800时,可将4~8月的种群动态聚为3类,即:种群高密度、低聚集的猖獗动态;种群由猖獗向凋落过度的动态;种群低密度、高聚集的凋落动态。

Abstract:In this paper,from a holistic viewpoint, the population dynamics of the citrus red mite Panong chus citri(McG.)has been analysed by principal composition and fuggy cluster analysis.The population dynamics may be shown with a comprehensive index,that is z1=0.3764x1(mean number of the population)-0.471 1x2(aggregate index)+0.3999x3(frequency of red mite appearance on leaf)and z2=0. 8603x1+ 0.0451 x2-0.7565 x3.Fuggy cluster analysis is used to examine the population dynamics,tweety-four samples from Agril to August are divided into three groups(F=0.800):the first contains seven samples from April to May,which shows the rampant type of dynamics;the second contains only one sample from early June,it shows the population densities from rampant to dwindling;and the third contains sixteen samples from mid-June to late August,which shows the dwindling type of dynamics.
