摘    要:以上海市设施栽培条件下发生的甜瓜白粉病为材料,对其病原菌进行了形态学观察鉴定,确定该白粉病病原物属单囊壳属单囊壳菌(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)。同时,利用该白粉病病原对4个不同的甜瓜品种进行了白粉病抗性鉴定,结果表明哈密瓜新品种东方蜜4号和东方蜜5号抗病性较强,尤其是东方蜜5号病情指数、黄化率均较低。

Abstract:The pathogen of melon powdery mildew collected from melons grown in protected culture in Shanghai was identified as Sphaerotheca fuliginea by its morphology. The resistance of 4 melon varieties to the pathogen was tested at seedling stage. The results showed that new Hami melon variety Dongfangmi No. 4 and Dongfangmi No. 5 had strong resistance to powdery mildew. Dongfangmi No. 5 had lower disease index and chlorotic responses to the pathogen.
