臭柏异形叶空间分异及光合作用生理特性研究

摘    要:为明确不同苗龄臭柏异形叶(鳞叶和刺叶)空间分异影响因素及其对环境的适应性,通过田间盆栽试验,研究100%和10%光照环境下1年生和3年生臭柏异形叶空间分异特征和光合生理特性。结果表明:(1)苗龄、透光率、叶片位置对臭柏鳞刺比有显著影响和交互效应,光照环境是影响1年生臭柏鳞刺比的主要因素,叶片位置是影响3年生臭柏鳞刺比的主要因素。(2)遮光处理是影响1年生臭柏叶片光合生理的主要因素,叶形是影响3年生臭柏叶片光合生理的主要因素。(3)遮光处理是影响1年生和3年生臭柏异形叶叶绿素荧光参数的主要因素。因此,1年生臭柏是异形叶分异的关键时期。3年生臭柏异形叶已完成分异,其鳞叶为优势叶片,刺叶具有耐阴性。

Study on the spatial differentiation and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of heteromorphic leaves of Sabina vulgaris

Abstract:In order to clarify the factors influencing the spatial differentiation of heteromorphic leaves(scalelike leaves and needlelike leaves) and their adaptability to the environment at different seedling ages, a pot experiment was conducted to study the spatial differentiation characteristics and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of 1-year-old and 3-year-old heteromorphic leaves under 100% and 10% light in the field. The results showed that:(1) Seedling age, leaf morphology and leaf position had significant effects and interactive effects on the rate of scalelike leaves to needlelike leaves. Light environment was the main factor that affected the rate of 1-year-oldS.vulgaris, while leaf position was the main factor that affected the rate of 3-year-oldS.vulgaris.(2) Shading was the main factor that affected the photosynthetic physiology of 1-year-oldS.vulgarisleaves, and leaf morphology was the main factor that affected the photosynthetic physiology of 3-year-oldS.vulgarisleaves.(3) Shading was the main factor that affected the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the 1-year-old and 3-year-old heteromorphic leaves ofS.vulgaris. Therefore, the 1-year-oldS.vulgariswas the key period for heteromorphic leaf differentiation. The 3-year-old heteromorphic leaves had been differentiated, which the scalelike leaves were the dominant leaves, and the needlelike leaves adapted to shade environments.
