| 摘 要： | 本文采用振荡提取,全自动凝胶色谱系统(GPC)净化,对猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉三种肉类中25种有机氯农药进行多残留分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。在给定的浓度范围内,各农药组分呈现良好的线性关系,进一步拓展了气相色谱多残留的检测能力。

| Abstract: | In this paper,samples were extracted with vibration.Using automatic cleanup system of Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC).A new method has been developed,which can be used to analyze 25 kinds of organochlorine pesticides multiresidues at same time in animal foods like pork,poultry and beef.The retention time were used for qualitative determination and the external calibration standards were used for quantitation.The method improves the multiresidues analysis capability of Gas Chromatography. |
