| 摘 要： | 选用２１日龄雏鸡，人工感染柔嫩艾美尔球虫（Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａｔｅｎｅｌａ），用马杜拉霉素尼卡巴嗪按一定比例混合，按６５ｍｇ／ｋｇ比例混入饲料中饲喂。结果表明其推荐剂量的抗球虫指数在两批试验中分别为１９２６８与１９３４２，属高效。急性毒性试验，该混合剂约ＬＤ５０，对小白鼠和鸡分别为７３６ｍｇ／ｋｇ与５１５２８ｍｇ／ｋｇ，均属低毒。

THE STUDY OF ANTICOCCIDIAL EFFICACY AND TOXICITY OF MADURAMICIN COMBINED WITH NICARBAZIN |

| Abstract: | Two battery trails with maduramicin combined with nicarbazin were carried out in avine coccidiosis.Chickens (21days_old) experiment infected with Eimeria tenella and used level of 65 mg/kg of drugs in the deit,are studied.The result showed that the anticoccidial index(ACI) were respectively 192.68 and 193.42, belongs to high effect anticoccidial drug. According to the results of acute toxicity test,it was conculded that the LD50 data of these drugs on mice and chickens were respectively 736mg/kg and 515.28mg/kg,both belong to low toxicity. |
