基于CAN总线的喷雾过程监控系统

摘    要:为了研究果树仿形喷雾试验中仿形喷雾效果,必须对喷雾系统中喷雾压力、喷雾流量、喷雾距离和机车行走速度等因素进行实时准确地监测.为此,提出了一种基于CAN总线的喷雾过程监测系统,阐述了系统的硬件组成,并给出了系统智能节点的软硬件设计.该系统能够实时监控喷雾过程各参数,可以随意扩充节点,具有较强的通用性.

Abstract:The spraying pressure, spraying flow, spraying distance and locomotive walking velocity are needed to be monitored real-timely and accurately to study the effect of profile modeling spraying in fruit-tree spraying experiment. In this paper one kind of spray monitoring system based on CAN bus is proposed, and the hardware composition of the system and the software and hardware design of the intelligent nodes are elaborated. This system can real-timely monitor various parameters in spraying process and extend the nodes optionally with superior versatility.
