摘    要:林火工程态势图作为一种辅助决策手段在森林火灾的扑救中十分重要.传统林火工程态势图标绘中存在着地图不易保存、位置易出现偏差、标绘信息不统一、标绘成果共享性差等问题.该文基于组件式地理信息系统技术ArcGIS Engine,首先设计并实现了一套适用于林火工程态势图标绘的符号库,其中包括点状符号、线状符号和面状符号,并通过地理信息系统的二次开发技术编程实现了林火工程态势图的标绘功能,为林火的扑救提供辅助决策方案,有利于把林火控制在初发阶段,从而大幅度减少火灾损失.

Realization of mapping situation of forest fire based on component-GIS.
Abstract:Programs for the prevention and control of forest fires have evolved in response to the needs to protect lives and property in forested settings,and perceived values of the forest itself.Costs of fire management activities are a concern to managers,and considerable work has attempted to the situation of forest fires mapping.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional methods of mapping situation of forest fires,including the difficult conversation of map,easy deviation of position,not unanimity of information,the author designed a symbol database suitable for mapping situation of forest fires,including point,line and polygon.Then it realized the function of mapping situation of forest fires based on ArcGIS Engine—a component GIS software,which could provide assistant decision-making scheme for preventing forest fires,and controlling forest fires at the initial stage to cut down the loss as far as possible.
