| 摘 要： | 芝麻油中毒素物质检测，目前还无科学指标判定，经多年实践，以芝麻酚为指标对芝麻油内在品质定性定量分析快速、准确。文中对芝麻酚标准品提纯工艺作了详尽论述，为芝麻油内在品质的检测奠定了基础，且有广泛应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Today there is no scientific standard to test poisonous substances in Gingili.Having tested for many years,as a target,we used sesamol to analysis qualitative and quantitative in Gingili.It is fast and exact.It has extensive applications and values.In this article,the technics of purify sesamol and other chemic structures were talked out.It establishes the base to test the characters in Gingili.It has extensive applied values. |
