摘    要:采用水杨酸-硫酸比色法,测定了三亚市5个蔬菜市场中4类17个品种110个冬种蔬菜样品的硝酸盐含量。结果表明:硝酸盐含量由高至低依次为:叶菜类>豆类>茄果类>瓜果类,4类蔬菜含量均低于无公害蔬菜硝酸盐含量限值。17个品种蔬菜的硝酸盐含量分布在15~1 520 mg/kg,均受到不同程度的污染,其中叶菜类污染较为严重。

Analysis and Evaluation of Nitrate Content in Winter Vegetables in Sanya

Abstract:Nitrate content of winter vegetables in Sanya was tested and evaluated. 110 samples of 17 varieties collected in 5 major vegetable markets located in Sanya city were tested for their nitrate content by nitro-determination of salicylic acid method. The results showed that the nitrate content differed greatly in different vegetables, showing a decreasing order as leaf vegetables > bean vegetables > solanaceous fruits > ground vegetables, and met the national nitrate concentration limit standards. The nitrate content of 17 varieties was between 15 and 1 520 mg/kg which indicated that they were all polluted in different degrees especially for leaf vegetables that were mildly polluted.
