摘    要:不同类型玉米笋糖含量随着罐藏时间(3~12个月)的长短而有所变化,但不太明显;玉米笋各类维生素和胡萝卜素含量随着罐藏时间而变化较明显,可作为玉米笋营养成分在罐藏时间的一些参考指标。

Abstract:This was a comparative study of three types of Baby cor n:a) sweet comb) Ordinary corn c) Glutinous corn,The analysis of nutritive contents in canned baby corns during storage showed that the total sugar content was indined to be stable,and the content of Vitamin B1,B2 and Carotene apparentiy deceased,without obviousiy deceasing of Vitamin E.
