Exploration in Developing Harbin''''s Green Economy

Based on the reality in Harbin and analyzing the inner links among resources, environment and economy, the paper brings the general blueprint to develop green economy, i.e., to utilize the city's natural environment, explore green farming, build green food bases, encourage enterprises carry out clean production, expand green transport and popularize green materials. Moreover, the article suggests the municipal government to make green-favor policy and establish mass participation system so as to realize effective environmental protection and improve people's living condition.
