| 摘 要： | 由于农业自然灾害逐年加剧，为保证农业的可持续发展，有必要建立农业自然灾害预警机制。从农业面临自然灾害的威胁提出建立农业自然灾害预警机制的必要性，对农业自然灾害预警的基本方法及预警机制的建设和实施进行了初步探索。
