摘    要:苹果离体新梢在继代培养过程中,以2000一3000lx光照10h对增殖、生长较好,而以2000lx、10h效果更为理想;昼夜变温28℃/24℃与恒温(26℃)处理增殖和生长无显著差异,但在昼夜26℃/22℃、24℃/20℃变温下降低了增殖量与有效新梢数;长富2号增殖和生长以MS+BA1mg·l ̄(-1)+IBA0.1mg·l ̄(-1)+CH200mg·l ̄(-1)效果较好,但依继代次数和新梢状态可在BA0.7一1.0mg·l ̄(-1),IBA(或IAA)0.1一0.2mg·l ̄(-1)(H30一200mg·l ̄(-1)范围内变动。

Abstract:In the course of Fuji apple explant culture in vitro,the growth and proliferation rate was high under2000一3000lx 10h a day. There was no significant difference between treatments of 28℃/24℃ and 26℃/26℃(light/dark).Under 26℃/22℃ and 24℃/20℃,the number of available shoot was reduced.For the shootgrowth and proliferation of Fuji apple the culture medium MS+BA 1 mg·l(-1)+IBA 0.1m·l(-1) +CH200mg·l(-1) was recommanded,which may be varied in a range of BA 0.7一1mg·l(-1),IBA(or IAA)0.1一0.2mg·l(-1),CH30一200 mg·l(-1)depending on the subculture generation and shoot proliferation.
