| 摘 要： | 阐述了森林资源面临的主要灾害风险源及种类,分析和探讨了森林保险发展的制约因素。提出了促进森林保险发展的若干建议:加强森林火灾保险;建立中央和地方共建的森林保险制度;建立分类保险制度;完善配套森林保险法律法规。

| Abstract: | Expounded the main disaster and risk source and analysis the constraints of forest insurance,then it put forwards some suggestion that would promote the development of forest insurance：strengthen insurance of forest fire,establish a system of forest insurance combined with center and local,set up a system of classified insurance,perfect the laws and regulations of forest insurance. |
