摘    要:本文测定了不同生育期大豆叶片的过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶,结果表明:过氧化物酶活性及同工酶谱总活性随生育进程而呈增强趋势,过氧化氢酶的活性高峰出现在盛花期。品种间过氧化物酶同工酶谱的差异主要表现在C区的C_3、C_4酶带。

Abstract:Peroxidase and catalase in soybean leaves in different growing stages were analysed in this study.The results showed that peroxidase activity and total peroxidase isozyme activity increased with the development of soybean plant while the catalase reached its peak activity in flowering stage.The differences of peroxidase isozyme among soybean cultivars were concentrated on bands C3 and C4.
