| 摘 要： | 本文根据系统思想,分析了森工企业中木材生产格局,建立了优化在生产格局中木材产品生产投入产出的线性规划微机决策支持模型,并探讨了将本模型应用于优化木材投向、制定企业木材生产发展战略、完善目标管理和承包经营等方面的问题.

| Abstract: | Based on the principle of System Engineering, a model was designed to optimize the inputs-output of timber products among workshops of a forest enterprise. The computerized model includes input-output techniques and linear programming. Compared with conventional methods, decisions made with this model proved to be much more successful. The possibility and effectiveness of using the model to make other management decisions are discussed. |
