| 摘 要： | 本文从企业化管理村庄的优点、比较优势入手,结合模式运行的理论和现实条件,阐明了新农村建设模式的可行性.分析了模式运行中可能遇到的五大障碍,并给出了相应的对策.旨在找到一条以企业的管理体制改造农村、以企业的管理方式管理农村、以企业的经营模式经营农村、以企业的文化精神引领农民的"农村企业化"道路.
