| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the cultivated factiors(nitrogen, planting date and seed weight, harvesting date) and rneteorological factors(rainfall and temperature) which affect the protein content of barley grain. Furthermore, the dynamic change pattern of the protein and its fractions of barley grain is also discussed. |
