玻璃温室内香蕉苗的光照条件及生长特性

摘    要:2010年8-9月对广东海洋大学农学院生物技术研究所三楼玻璃温室内、外及不同层次香蕉苗的光照条件与苗的生长特性进行研究,结果表明,加盖了一层黑色与一层白色遮阳网的玻璃温室透光率约为8%;从第一层至第四层香蕉苗接受的光照强度减弱,晴天,中午前后香蕉苗接受的光照强度超过其最适值(500-1250lx),阴天,第二、三、四层苗接受的光照度都低于其最适值;随香蕉苗接受的光照强度减弱,总根数和白根数增多,黑根数与生根率减少,苗高增加,叶片数减少,叶绿素总量与叶绿素b下降,叶绿素a含量变化不明显。

Light conditions and Growth Characteristics of Banana Plantlets in Glass Greenhouse
Abstract::Light conditions of inside and outside of glass greenhouse and of banana plantlets different layers and growth characteristics of banana plantlets are studies on the third floor of biotechnology research institute of the agricultural college of Guangdong Ocean University in August and September 2010. The results show that the light transmittance of glass greenhouse with a white sunshade net and a black sunshade net is about 8%; the light intension of banana plantlets are decreasing from the first layer to the fourth layer, the light intension is more than optimum value around noon in sunshine, the light intension of the second, the third and fourth layers is less than optimum value in cloudy; the total root number and the white root number are increase, the black root number and rooting rate are decreases, Seedling height are increasing, reduce the number of leaves, Total chlorophyll and chlorophyll b are decreasing, the content of chlorophyll a did not change significantly with the light intension decreasing of banana plantlets from the first layer to the fourth layer.
