| 摘 要： | 通过对北京油鸡进行肥育试验，进一步展示了北京油鸡的生长速度和饲料利用率。结果表明：北京油鸡９０日龄体重，公鸡为１．５８千克，母鸡为１．２１千克，公、母鸡平均为１．３９千克。对２００余只鸡进行屠宰试验、产肉性能测定，测出北京油鸡９０日龄平均屠宰率，公鸡为７１．８６％，母鸡为７０．４０％；公鸡胸肉率为１０．５３％，母鸡胸肉率为１０．６９％；公鸡腿率为２３．１９％，母鸡腿率为２０．９８％。

| Abstract: | A rearing trial was done in Beijing Fatty Chicken,which showed growth performance and feed conversion ratio of Beijing Fatty Chickens.Bodyweight at 90 days old is 1.58kg in male,1.21kg in female,1.39kg in male and female together.Meanwhile,more than 200 chichens were slaughted and meat production performance was measured.Average relative carcass weight,breast meat percentage,drum thigh meat percentage at 90 day old are 71.86 percent,10.53 percent,23.19 percent in male,and 70.40percent,10.69 percent,20.98 percent in female. |
