云南藜麦的引进栽培及产业发展现状

摘    要:藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)为起源于南美安第斯山区的苋科(Amaranthaceae)藜属(Chenopodium)一年生作物。因籽粒具有较高的营养及保健价值,加之,藜麦对不良环境,特别是干旱、冷冻、盐碱及土壤贫瘠等有较强的适应与抗性特性,被引种种植于世界各地,备受生物学、栽培及育种者的关注。由于云南独特的生态地形和气候多样性,较适合藜麦的周年生产,本文结合我们研究组近几年从南美洲原产地的引种、种植与育种研究,拟从云南藜麦种质资源的引进研究、产业发展的现状、区位优势与发展趋势,种植推广中存在的问题等进行总结,以期为云南藜麦推广种植、新品种(系)的培育、产业可持续发展等提供新思路。

Introduction cultivation and Industrial Development of Quinoa in Yunnan

Abstract:Abstract: Quinoa originated from the Andes region of South America is highly nutritious and healthy crop belonging to genus Chenopodium of Amaranthacea. Due to highly adaptability and resistance to abiotic stresses, such as drought, low temperature, salinity and soil infertility, quinoa has attracted attention of both biological researchers and breeders, and has been cultivated all over the worldwide for meeting the global consuming requirements as well. With distinctive ecological topography and climatic condition in Andes region, most of Yunnan area is suitable place for the cultivation of quinoa in each seasons of the year. With experience of introduction, planting and breeding of our research group, this paper will summarize the introduction of quinoa germplasm resources for both cultivation and breeding, the status of quinoa industry, development, the advantages & problems of local quinoa planting and the trends development as well in Yunnan. The review will provide new ideas for both cultivation and breeding of quinoa to promote sustainable development of the quinoa industry in Yunnan.
