卷丹百合规范化种植关键技术研究

摘    要:卷丹百合(Lilium lancifolium Thunb.),作为一种极具经济价值的药用植物,具有广阔的应用前景和研究价值.在卷丹种植基础上,通过对卷丹百合物候期划分,种球分级、种植密度、种植模式、肥料、播种时期等关键技术的研究,建立了百合种植关键技术体系.结果 表明:卷丹百合物候期划分为8个时期;在研究范围内,种球分级为大种球(d≥5 cm)、种植模式为垄起渗水膜覆盖,种植密度为4500 kg·hm-2,基肥施肥量为225 kg·hm-2时,卷丹百合产量、多糖和皂苷含量较高.

Abstract:Lilium lancifolium Thunb. , as a medicinal plant with high economic value, has broad application prospect and research value. On the basis of cultivation, the key planting technical system of standardization and cultivation was established, through the phenology division, bulb size, planting density, planting mode, fertilizer and planting date. The results showed that phenological phase of Lilium lancifolium Thunb. could be divided into 8 stages, the bulb diameter was not less than 5 cm, and the planting pattern was ridges film covering with the planting density and the fertilization rate of 4 500 and 225 kg·hm-2, respectively. Using this planting method, the yield, polysaccharide and saponin contents of Lilium lancifolium Thunb. were relatively high.
