摘 要: | 采用生化鉴定API法、全自动细菌鉴定仪及分子生物学法Riboprinter核糖体分型法对食品中双歧杆菌进行鉴定研究。结果表明:生化鉴定只能得到双歧杆菌属的结果,分子生物学法能准确鉴定到种。采用Riboprinter核糖体分型法能准确鉴定出双歧杆菌的种名,是这次研究中鉴定双歧杆菌的最佳方法。

Research on Inspection and Identification Methods of Bifidobacterium in Food |

Abstract: | Objective: To explore the identification method of bifidobacteria in food. Methods: Bifidobacteria in food were identified by biochemical identification API, automatic bacterial identification instrument (VITEK2 Copact) and molecular biology method (Riboprinter ribosome typing). Results: The results of three different identification methods showed that the biochemical identification could only obtain the results of bifidobacteria, while the molecular biological method could accurately identify the species. Conclusion: The Riboprinter ribosome typing method can accurately identify the species name of bifidobacteria, which is the best method to identify bifidobacteria in this study. |
