| 摘 要： | 利用GIS、GPS及RS技术，通过SuperMapDeskpro2003软件，进行牧户、暖棚位置，草场面积的矢量化分析，研究西乌珠穆沁旗在转变传统的畜牧业经营方式过程中实施的冬羔养殖鼓励政策，定量分析该措施的经济效益、生态效益及社会效益，为政府下一步推广提供技术支持和理论依据。

| Abstract: | Using GIS,GPS and RS technology,herdsmen,warm household position,grassland area were vectored by SuperMap Deskpro 2003 software. The winter lamb breading encourage policy was researched during the change of the traditional mode of operation. It quantitatively analyzed the measures of economic benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits so as to provide technical support and theoretical basis for the government. |
